RB Oilfield Hauling is owned by an Aboriginal family, operating trucking and oilfield services for over 20 years. Being of Aboriginal descent, our company shares the same values of Aboriginal people when it comes to protecting the land and environment while embracing and appreciating each individual's unique contributions. When building meaningful relationships with Aboriginal people, open communication is our #1 priority as the basis on which we work is founded on trust, honesty, and integrity. This creates a synergy that can help us both accomplish our goals and achieve business objectives that are mutually beneficial.
We Are A Member Of CCAB
Being Aboriginal, we’re proud to be a member of the CCAB (Canadian Council for Aboriginal Business). The role of the CCAB within the workforce is to build bridges between Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal peoples, businesses, and communities through diverse programming, training, providing resources and tools, network building, major business awards, and national events.
As a member of the CCAB, we aim to contribute to promoting and expanding a thriving Indigenous economy by fostering business relationships and generating opportunities and awareness for all.

RB Oilfield will promote joint venture opportunities between Aboriginal and First Nation businesses when it strengthens capacity and supports mutual business goals for all involved.
RB Oilfield will enter into agreements with Aboriginal and First Nation peoples to initiate and support training for employment opportunities, apprenticeships, and other initiatives to help build and sustain Aboriginal and First Nation individuals and communities.
